The Waltons 7 x 7 Dormer Playhouse has been designed to resemble a traditional swiss cottage, the two-levels provide a spacious place for children to play in.

This playhouse features multiple safety elements which give it the EN71 approval including: smooth shiplap tongue and groove cladding, 12mm finger gaps around the door frame and shatterproof styrene glazing.

The Dormer Playhouse is TUV Safety Tested and Approved to BS EN71 certified. We don't offer an installation service with our products on Amazon.
