Animal Twisting Garden Game (Outdoor play mat with inflatable Dice). Place the Animal Twisting Game mat in a location free of debris and sharp objects. The two Dice supplied are inflatable and should be inflated by an adult.
Designate an extra person as a referee. The Referee is not a player; they are responsible for rolling the Body Part and Animal Dice, calling out the moves and monitoring the gameplay.
The Referee rolls the Body Part Dice followed by the Animal Dice. The Referee calls out the Body Part and the Animal. For example "Left Hand, Bee". At the same time all the players must try to follow the Referee's instructions by placing a left hand on a bee circle.
If your called out hand or foot is already on the called-out animal you must try to move to another circle with the same animal. You can not share circles with other players, if you find that players go for the same circle it is up to the Referee to decide who got there first. The other players must find another vacant circle with the same animal.
In between call-outs from the Referee, do not remove your hand or foot from a circle, stay in the same position until the Referee calls-out the next instruction. Any player who falls over in-between call-outs or during call-outs is out of the game and must leave the mat. Any player who touches the mat with a part of their body not specified by the Referee (an elbow or a knee for example) is also out of the game. The winner is the last player left on the mat!
If there are only two players it is still possible to play without using the dice. One player calls the body part and the other calls the animal. Players then alternate calling out the animal and body part.
